Aerotech produces a variety of linear motion systems using the company's own linear direct drive brushless servo motors which include linear slides, tables and stages as well as ball screw driven linear stages, slides and tables which are driven by Aerotech rotary motors (both brush and brushless). Built to perform under the stressful demands of 24/7 manufacturing processes, ANT 25 and 50 L stages offer a non-contact direct drive along with incredibly quiet linear servo drives, rapid axis calibration in real time and a linear resolution of 2.5 nm (with Automation 3200).

The Aerotech ATS100 linear stage is a compact, low profile stage with exceptionally high resolution and a guide bearing system which is specifically designed to provide the ATS100 with a long service life. The motor is slotless and brushless for maximum durability.
This series of linear stages is ideal for testing semiconductor wafers and other micromachining applications which require incredibly precise linear motion systems, including automated inspection systems. Despite the compact size of the ATS100, its high strength aluminum alloy construction and box-style base ensure that this stage can last even in the toughest operating environments without sacrificing accuracy.
Integrated nut wipers and waycovers prevent contamination in the drive to ensure that the stage remains accurate throughout its service life - and the ATS100's preloaded duplex bearings remove the problem of axial play for even greater reliability and accuracy.
