Piston Air Motor Range From Huco

Since 2005, Huco Dynatork have been manufacturing a complete range of multi-cylinder piston air motors as part of their power transmission components, that have brought a new standard of quiet air drives to the UK. These have a number of features, which makes these compressed air drives incredibly versatile.
Low air consumption is an inherent characteristic of this type of air motor due to negligible leakage giving maximum torque for minimum air consumption; maximum torque at start up and stall, and speed control to fine limits through restrictors on the exhaust ports.
Dynatork motors can be used as stepping motors in view of their almost instant start-start characteristics and programmed control capability and this includes reversing by use of 5-port control valves with near instant response even under load. Pulse counting Electronic control is also possible with motion sensors fitted.
To avoid contamination in clean environments and operating in aggressive environments, Dynatork motors can be supplied for lube-free operation as well as a waterproof acetal construction. (Acetal is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts that require high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability suitable for accurate machining and long life).
Huco Dynotork also supply their motors integrated with a range of fitted planetary and wormwheel gearboxes in aluminium & acetal with staged gear ratios from 3.7:1 to 308:1 all to add a further level of versatility. Huco's power transmission coupling range also completes the drive component range.
