One of the newest HepcoMotion stock systems is the GV3 linear motion system. This development compliments and builds on their established Generation II and CM linear guide products.
With the comprehensive GV3 linear motion system featuring HepcoMotion's Vee-Slide system, customers can source components in one place for most automation & linear actuator applications. Hepco have taken the best features from across their established ranges, introduced new sizes and their new floating bearing feature to deliver the optimum solutions for the application at the right price.
Huco's GV3 linear motion system philosophy is to provide a solution to every linear motion problem whether it is for a fully assembled and tested solution or finding all the components from their GV3 component range that customers need.
The GV3 Linear Motion System is grouped in three slide system areas but each has the equivalent component range. Each comprises singe, double and twin bearings (concentric, eccentric and blind hole eccentric), and slides with optional single edged; single edged with rack or double raised edge in a variety of sizes, and carriages factory assembled to suit the specified slide. In addition, the basic range components range includes lubricators, cap seals, cap wipers, pinions and dowel pins.
The GV3 Standard Bearing Programme is the most widely used range for most automotive applications. The GV3 Linear Motion System with Slimline Bearing Programme is typically used for lighter duty and in confined space applications. The GV3 Linear Motion System incorporating flat tracks & rollers is used for heavier applications and is compatible with HepcoMotion's MDC Structural frame sections.
Finally, the GV3 Linear Motion System with Drive Facility / Support Structure offers belt-driven carriages, timing chains, rack driven carriage units, rack slide assemblies, separate rack pieces and a range of compatible pinions.
The interchangeable nature of the linear motion systems means allows the customer to mix and match with other systems to give the desired result.
