Huba Controls AG with their headquarters in Switzerland is at the forefront of differential pressure measurement and other pressure monitoring and control technologies. Differential pressure transmitters from Huba use their unique ceramic fulcrum lever pressure cell technology to provide highly sensitive and accurate electrical outputs from very low pressure differentials as low as 0.1mbar or up 10,000 mbar, mounting and PCB or frame mounted full enclosed models to IP65 standard. All models feature temperature compensation for consistent results.
Digital outputs are generally highly linear with accuracy >1% full scale possible on some models and outputs are conditioned and amplified to give a choice of standard voltage carrier outputs including 0 - 10V, 0 - 20mV and 4 - 20mV to suit customer requirements. Excitation input voltage options include 17 -30V DC, 24V AC, 115V DC and 240V AC. All differential pressure transmitters are type tested for EMC and they are CE conformity accredited to standard EN 61326-2-3.
Each of Huba's 9 differential pressure transmitter models are designed and configured specifically for a particular duty and these include, for example:
- Type 401 OEM Relative and differential pressure transmitter - range of 0...3 - 8mbar. Bracket mounted measures ultra fine changes in air pressure and are designed to provide optimum control for gas boilers.
- Type 402 Relative and differential pressure transmitter - range 0 ... 3 to 50mbar. Optional direct PCB or bracket mounting. It is ideally suited to measuring fine air flow in air conditioning systems, and fine pressure differences in the environmental and medical technology sectors.
- Type 692 Relative and differential pressure transmitter - range 0 ... 0.1 to 25 bar. The wide variety of options makes these transmitters ideal for applications across a broad spectrum of industries. This type features very low temperature sensitivity, High resistance to extreme temperatures, high long-term stability and a modular system and choice of materials to suit individual applications.
